How to Pay

Choose whatever works for you:

  • Cash on delivery — pay when you pick up your parcel.
  • Card online — Privat24, Monobank (Monopay) or WayForPay right at checkout (works with international cards too).
  • Online payment link — after placing your order and confirming the details, we'll send you a payment link (great for international payments).
  • Bank transfer — convenient for business payments and invoicing.

Good to know:

All orders are shipped within 1–3 days, but almost always the same day. Getting your order out fast matters to us — and we've never delayed a shipment without letting the customer know first.

Delivery in Ukraine

  • Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta — to a branch, parcel locker, or your door — whatever you prefer.
  • Shipping cost — at the carrier's standard rates (approx. 70–100 UAH).
  • Free shipping on orders from 1,200 UAH.
  • Delivery time: usually 1–5 days depending on the carrier and destination.

International Delivery

We've been getting a lot of international orders lately — so let's cover this in more detail.

We ship LOYA worldwide — to any country except russia and Belarus. Every international shipment is under our close watch from the moment we pack it until it reaches your hands. Our goal is to find you the best and fastest option.

Shipping cost is calculated individually based on weight, dimensions, and destination country. Starting from $15 per shipment.

Here's how it works:

  1. Place your order on the website.
  2. Our manager gets in touch and calculates the exact shipping cost.
  3. Once confirmed, we send two separate invoices — one for the products and one for shipping. Easy to pay via an online link with any card, including international ones.
  4. We ship with the most suitable carrier and send you the tracking number.

Carriers: Ukrposhta (Ukr Post), Nova Poshta International, Global Post, FedEx, DHL, and other international services.
Estimated cost: from $15 — your manager will give you the exact amount for your address.
Delivery time: usually 10–14 days depending on the country and carrier.
