Chrome powder is what makes a manicure start reflecting light like real metal. It sits as an even mirror coat and works just as well as a single accent nail as it does across all nails at once.
The secret to the effect is applying it onto a warm no-wipe top coat. That's what lets the particles sit dense and even, with no gaps. A cotton sponge removes the fine particles and buffs the surface to a mirror shine — and suddenly it's not nail polish, it's metal.
How to use:
- Apply and cure your gel polish color.
- Apply a leveling layer of no-wipe top coat (we recommend Super Top), cure for 30 seconds.
- While the top is still warm, rub Chrome Powder in with a cotton sponge until you get a mirror shine — the sponge removes fine particles and evens out the surface.
- Cure in lamp for 2 minutes.
- Apply a finishing layer of no-wipe top coat (we recommend Super Top), cure for 2 minutes.
If the powder isn't sitting well — wipe the nail with cleanser and apply again. It'll sit perfectly.
