Cashmere Top is a no-wipe matte top coat with a velvet feel. Not glossy and not dry matte — but a soft, silky finish that looks like cashmere. Goes on thin, adds no bulk and doesn't shift the shade of the gel polish underneath.
Perfect for nude and pastel shades, light manicures, French and geometric designs — it makes any coating look refined and expensive. Neutral scent, doesn't run, doesn't bubble. Cures in 30 seconds in LED and 2 minutes in UV.
