DELIVERY
Delivery happens within 1-3 days of payment. We always try to ship the same day, but sometimes things don't go as planned.

Within Ukraine — by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Cost depends on carrier rates, delivery time is 1-5 days. Orders from 1200 UAH ship free within Ukraine.

International — via Ukrposhta, Global Post, FedEx, DHL and other available services. Cost is calculated separately based on weight and carrier rates (approx. 700-900 UAH), delivery time is 10-14 days

PAYMENT

We offer convenient payment options: — online payment at checkout (Monobank or WayForPay) — bank transfer to our business account — cash on delivery

If you pay by bank transfer, please send a screenshot of the receipt to our shop chat — this helps us ship your order faster.

Check the package for damage as soon as you receive it.
We pack everything as carefully as possible, but the carrier is responsible for the item once it's in transit, so it's better to check right away than sort it out later. If something went wrong — the item arrived damaged, the wrong shade, or with a defect — we're always open to talk it through.
